 Please note as under,

• Room rates are net & non commissionable.
• All rates are per room per night in INR (Indian Rupees) without any airport transfers. 
• The above rates are inclusive of all currently applicable taxes.
• The rates have been calculated on the existing tax structure and any change in same will oblige us to revise the rates accordingly.
• Rates for Single / Double occupancy are mentioned separately.
• Our rates are based on base category rooms with Breakfast only. (TDH/ Buffet breakfast).
• At present there is availability for the mentioned dates but it is liable to change without prior notice.
• Telephone calls, laundry, mini bar, room service and items of personal nature would be on direct payment as per actual use.
• Any additional expenses due to unforeseen problems like natural disaster, war or strikes, cancellation or misconnection of flight or last minute change of timings etc. would not be borne by Uniglobe Mod Travel.
• Government Service Tax @ 1.03% on hotel accommodation only / 2.575% if hotel & transportation both availed.
• Bank Service Charge @ 2.5% (in case of credit card payment/ we accept only American express credit card/ AMEX only) & Bank Remittance charges USD 50 or as per actual would be extra on final billing over and above the mentioned cost.

• We have given 02 sets of  rates as under,

A.      Room rates with breakfast, without airport transfer.

B.       One way airport transfer by standard A/C car with assistance at the airport.

• Only written cancellation will be accepted by Fax or e mail.

 guarantee and Cancellation policy 

• To hold the rooms on confirmed basis acceptance with 50% advance deposit need to be provided before 60 days prior to check in date.
• Balance 50% required 30 days prior to the arrival of the guests.
• 100% cancellation/ retention charges will be applicable in case of cancellation done 45 days prior to the commencement of the exhibition.
• Only written cancellation will be accepted by the Fax or E – mail.
• Any refund / amount due will be made within 06 working weeks from the date of request.
